C'mon. I had to have one more.
For the coming year, I will try to keep three things in mind:
Organize
Exercise
Moisturize.
That should just about cover it.
Have a joyous, prosperous, healthy-ous New Year, everyone.

I'm not big on boxing at all. Can't watch it. But I can't help but feel good about the fact that a few moments ago my nephew- in his first professional match- whooped somebody's ass in 29 seconds.
Man, I wish I was in Vegas with my brother right now.
Because I'd be suspended and sent to sensitivity training for annoying my co-worker. I keep asking him to teach me ridiculous phrases in Dutch. I can now say "I'll put you in my sack!" and "I would never wear such a hat!" in Dutch.
This is what I do all day. It's almost like I want to be fired.
In other news, I should have expected this:
(A little unsteady at first, and then- whoosh!)
I think it's genetic. I couldn't get this kid interested in any other sport, and now it's all about ice skating. No more sleeping in on Saturday mornings for me. Dammit. The above pic was taken the day after Thanksgiving in Bryant Park. It was my first time on ice skates ever, and I only fell on my ass once. Down coats make great padding.
I knocked out a couple of projects (a quickie cardigan for myself, and a Noro jacket for Cheb)- but I haven't taken photos yet. I should get on that. The annual Christmas Chrapathon is on- the first is Shedir in Rowan Yorkshire Tweed, for one of my sisters. She asked for it, so I have no problem blogging about it. And it's not like I need to make excuses for my (dwindling) stash, but is it not teh coolest thing evar that I can dig around and find the perfect yarn (that matches her coat) in my closet?
Is it not? I think it is.
